When were the first cook­ery books writ­ten? As soon as writ­ing was invent­ed! The old books are sources of inspi­ra­tion, even if the recipes are often a lit­tle dif­fi­cult to inter­pret: names of prepa­ra­tions or ingre­di­ents that we no longer use, no pre­cise quan­ti­ties, no men­tion of oven tem­per­a­tures or the exact dura­tion of cooking…

Here you will find "my" cook­books, what­ev­er their age, but also, from time to time, infor­ma­tion on cook­ing shows (YES, I am a fan of Top Chef, but not only) or par­tic­u­lar­ly inter­est­ing videos.
