It's almost Ramadan, and you've probably already started preparing your pizzas and stuffed batbouts, nems and frozen briouates. There's no shortage of dishes, but time is running, and you're looking for ideas to vary your menu… Here's a cooking workshop that will help you add variety to your F'tour tables, alongside the usual favourites, and help you organise your time behind the stove!
With our cooking workshop, you'll be all set for a tasty and healthy F'tour!
Recipes: simple, tasty and original
Recipes just the way I like them, from all over the world, most of them Moroccanised so that they can be easily made here without excessive cost.
Recipes that are both simple and extremely tasty, because this is not the time for "haute cuisine".

Recipes that let you add a little greenness and vegetarian freshness to your usual dishes. Healthy, light and nourishing.
A soup, a dessert, an Iranian rice dish, a salad from Japan, morsels and spreads, to munch on or put in batbouts, hot, cold, reheatable.…
As an expert cook, you'll discover new flavours, new uses for spices and new ideas.

As a less expert cook, you'll also learn some basic techniques that you can use again and again (how to organise yourself for a 'cooking marathon' without panicking, how to cook rice perfectly, how to use saffron properly, how to cut without cutting yourself…).

A large, bright and functional kitchen, with the same equipment you have at home
a peaceful setting in the countryside, a family establishment where you can bring your spouse and children (they can go on pony rides, play karaoke or pétanque, or simply enjoy the many board games!)

Number of participants: eight
To ensure that the course is enjoyable and practical, and that everyone can get involved, the number of participants is limited to eight.
The date: 2nd March, 2pm to 6.30pm, dinner optional
The cooking workshop starts at 2pm and lasts all afternoon. With a few short breaks, of course!
At the end of the day, you can choose to share a convivial dinner on site, or take your "production" home with you.

Price: 490 dirhams per participant
The price includes all the ingredients for the cooking and the course, as well as the evening meal with drinks (non-alcoholic).

If you come with your family and wish to dine on site, there is a supplement of 100 dirhams per adult not taking part in the course.
The price is payable in advance.
