Instructions
Warm some of the milk (to 30°, 45° degrees maximum).
Add the yeast to the milk and mix well
Add the leben to the milk
Add the beaten egg yolks to the milk and mix
Mix the two flours in a bowl
Add the milk to the flours and mix well
